Organization tips + Revision!

So this year I'm in year 11. It's my last year of high school and very important year to. So I currently study, IGSCE English, English Language, Maths, Additional Science, Sociology, Business Studies and Art & Textiles. This can also be for A levels, Uni or just how to keep your self organized. The reason i'm making this so early is that I find revising earlier will take the stress away from the exam closer to it.

So there are so many ways to revise but it depends on how you learn. What you need to do is find the best technique. For myself, I find just the simple doing of reading one of my textbooks and then closing it and trying to write as much of it instead of just copying it. This makes me take in much more information. As I go along I also like to make flash cards so closer to the exams it is a quicker and easier way of re-jogging your memory.

This is a example of how I keep my my revision notes all together. For each subject I have a folder which I make notes for. It is then divided by some dividers for each unit within the subject. So for example; my sociology notes are divided in to family, education, mass media, power, crime, social inequalities etc.

Tips for keeping organised. The first thing to do is have a planner, the school have provided me one but I like to use that for specifically school but I also have a cheap one from Poundworld for everyday use. If you are starting a Gcse/Btec which has coursework I also advise that you keep up to date with that so you don't have to do any extra hours or stress about it.

Disney cruise!!!

This was an amazing experience. I honestly had the time of my life. This was my second cruise but first Disney cruise and I loved it. The staff were lovely, I made so many friends and the food was scrumptious. The ship we went on was the Disney Dream which features the worlds first water coaster at sea.

So on the first day we got on we just chilled and relaxed on top deck, we decided to explore the ship and i thought i should show you some pictures of the lobby as it was beautiful.

After exploring we went to the mandatory muster drill which was very quick. Quickly after we went to the top deck where the sailing away party was starting.

I can't really remember what I had for dinner that day but here are a few pictures.

Every night there was a breathtaking theater show, that night it was golden mickey after that we strolled back to our room to find a hand crafted towel display.

The next morning we arrived into Nassau with this beautiful scenery.

That day we had a excursion booked to go snorkeling in the crystal blue water by a coral reef. I had an life time experience.

We then returned back to the ship for our lunch.

That evening we had another fabulous meal and theater show.
After we took a walk around the ship and played some mini golf.

The next day we arrived in Castaway Cay (Disney's private island).  It was breathtaking. We spent the whole day snorkeling, relaxing on floats and rings and basically just chilling.

Then we headed back to the ship ate and attended another amazing theater show. The next day was a day at sea where we explored the ship, we played some games like detective mid-ship, bingo and did some more relaxing!

Then before we knew it, it was time to say goodbye to the ship, all my friends and all the lovely staff which made it a magical experience.

Taking over Florida!

Hi, so I've missed a few blog posts but I'm back and I'm determined to keep up with weekly blogs this academic year although it a very busy year. (I'm in my last year of high school). So anyways, on the 3rd of august me, my mom and my sister flew to Florida. When we got there we met with my auntie, uncle and cousins, who drove from Canada to Florida to see us.

This was my second holiday to Florida, last time we went we stayed on a Disney vale resort and loved it but this time as we were older we decided to stay at moderate resort (Port Orleans Resort) which was nice but the entertainment of the value resort (All Star Music) seemed so much nicer. However we had a pleasant time. We stayed seven nights which is less than last time but after we did a four night Disney cruise which will get a separate blog post but without further a due.

Here some pictures or our resort. It is well kept and a nice size. I would like to mention on the reviews people said it was a big resort which in my opinion it is not. There are at least three bus collections around the resort as well as parking spaces everywhere and we found walking never a issue.

On the first day we relaxed, collected our car and went shopping at an outlet which are all very similar but I do prefer International drive premium outlets, I recommend going in the morning it much quieter and easier to find a parking space. Then in the evening we took a walk around Downtown Disney and ate at T-Rex. This was not our first option as it suddenly started to rain so we quickly reserved a table so I had to take pictures on another occasion so that is why it looks sunny.

On the second day we went to Universal Studios and Islands of adventure which we did in one day as we had the 'Express Pass' tickets. We also ate at Hard Rock cafe and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to my sister as it was her sixteen birthday.

So we did alot of relaxing on the fourth day so we just stayed at our resort and rented these bicycles things and went swimming. In the evening we took the boat to Downtown Disney and ate at Rainforest cafe.

On the fifth day we went to wet 'n' wild and had a really relaxed day and ate at Applebee's

And on our last full day in Florida we relaxed and did some shopping. So then it was time to say goodbye to Florida and hello to the Bahamas!
